Jenny Briggs: Head Coach

Jenny Briggs is the Head Coach of Betws BJJ.  Jenny has been training Jiu Jitsu for 12 years, and is a Black Belt under the European Champion Natalie Day, part of the Grow Jiu Jitsu team

We are proud to be part of the Grow Jiu Jitsu family, and part of the wider Mauricio Gomes Legacy team.  Grow Jiu Jitsu has a strong competition team fighting at all levels from local inter clubs to the world championships. 

Natalie Day is the Head Coach for Grow Jiu Jitsu, and black belt under the legendary Mauricio Gomes.   Natalie has been teaching full time for 9 years, and has a passion for supporting people's growth and wellbeing on and off the mats.
