Our next mixed camp will be held in the beautiful town of Betws-y-Coed in May, for men and women.  Camp entry will include:

- BJJ Seminars from Black Belt Instructors
- Open mat and technical sparring time
- Evening meals on both evenings (Friday & Saturday)

- Refreshments and baked goods throughout

Places are limited as we are a small venue, so please book early.
